Kids Maths, English & Handwriting Project – Ages 8-11
The 2-hour English, Maths, and Handwriting Project Club for 8-11-year-olds is an engaging and personalised workshop designed to develop key skills while fueling each child’s passions. In this club, children will have the freedom to choose a topic that excites them—whether it’s space, chickens, gaming, Picasso, whales, fashion, cheerleading, or anything else that sparks their interest.
Guided by an experienced primary teacher, each child will embark on a journey to build a unique portfolio centred around their chosen topic. Through writing, research, and incorporating math, they will explore their subject in depth, developing their skills in English, maths, and handwriting along the way. The workshop is structured to build confidence, enhance learning, and make education fun by allowing children to immerse themselves in subjects they love.
At the end of the term, each child will have created a comprehensive portfolio that showcases their work and progress. The workshop leader will provide an introduction to the portfolio, highlighting the child’s growth and achievements throughout the project. This club is not just about learning; it’s about celebrating each child’s individuality and passion, ensuring they leave with both newfound skills and a sense of accomplishment.
